Winter Storm Expected to Bring Heavy Snowfall and Hazardous Travels

A winter storm is on track to move across the area tonight through Wednesday. Snow is expected to start in north central KS this evening and spread west to east overnight, with moderate to heavy snow at times overnight through Wednesday morning. By the time snow ends in the late afternoon, we're looking at 5-9" totals across the area. Hazardous travel conditions are likely for the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
