Severe Cold Expected: Limit Outdoor Activities

A prolonged period of very cold weather is forecast this week. Wind chills as low as -29 degrees are expected Tuesday through Thursday, which could cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes. Limit time spent outdoors and wear several layers of clothing if going outside.
