Rain will change to snow from west to east throughout the day. Most impacts are expected in north central KS, where the heaviest snow will occur. Amounts of 2-4" combined with wind gusts of 55-70mph will create blizzard conditions and lead to hazardous travel. Further east, less snow is expected, but the strong winds will still lead to reduced visibility when the snow does fall.
